In this module, we bring somatic awareness into the session and let somatic awareness be the milestone for facilitating learning and growth. As coaches, we do not have a “magic wand” but we can partner up with our clients and create a safe space for non-judgmental awareness. Once clients embody trust and safety they can recalibrate the intention for forwarding the action.
