Through Applied Mindfulness you learn how to bring short yet impactful practices to your coaching session and to motivate your clients to start their mindfulness practice.
The main part of the program is the module Mind Presence where we look at the framework of coaching ethics and competencies and how these principles serve as the very scaffolding for transformative work with clients, fostering trust, integrity, and efficacy.
The program delves into the symbiotic relationship between mindfulness practice and cutting-edge neuroscience research, positioning resilience, self-care, and positivity at the nucleus of the coaching approach.

To further support our coaches in honing their mindfulness-based coaching skills, BMC Academy offers Coaching Workouts where coaches come together for peer coaching and mentor feedback.
Coaching Workouts offer a unique opportunity for coaches to gain insight into the client experience, foster mutual learning and camaraderie, and learn through the thoughtful observations and constructive guidance of a mentor.
A minimum of seven Coaching Workout sessions per module are necessary to complete the program, and within the program they are run on a weekly basis
