Description
Through the extensive research in the field of neuroscience, psychology and neurology, Mindfulness and Coaching have become two disciplines that are more and more acquired by professionals and laymen alike. Leaders, doctors, teachers, parents or teenagers are longing to learn these skills for better communication, enhanced performance, quality of life, motivation or wisdom.
The inquiry into how we can enable human beings to alleviate suffering and bring the highest potential forward is the key focus of this module which is the foundation of both Level 1 and Level 2 programs.
This module address how the human brain works and how mindfulness practice contributes to brain neuroplasticity. We also approach the practice from the perspective of calming the mind, ethics of coaching practice and what it means to have a coaching mindset. For coaches to be client-centered, we need to embody the practice and ensure that we have awareness of our ego states and when they are hijacking the session. Through the program we focus on how to hold client's agenda and embody resourcefulness through mindful presence.
