Description

Coaching is evolving, and it is part of our values and ethics to stay in tune with what is the most beneficial to clients and ourselves. In this module, we invite you to step out of your comfort zone and embark on bringing coaching to unconventional places. What does it take for you to become an innovator in coaching?

Your personal practice begins to lead the way. As mindfulness practitioners, we may also begin to work with clients who experience anxiety, depression or insomnia (to name a few). How do we approach these situations? Is the difference between coaching and therapy so clear? How do we navigate in this grey zone when considering ethics and competencies?

In my work, I learned that I cannot deceive clients by applying only tools in the coaching session. Just like when nature brings ease and nourishment to the earth, in the same way we can provide ease and nourishment for our clients through our presence. In this program, we explore how is that possible. Enjoy!
