Supporting Communities
Mindful circles are the foundation of the Beijing Mindfulness Centre. Participants of Mindful Mondays and Mindful Mothers witnessed much joy and many tears. We learned about each other's vulnerability and we grew through mindfulness practice and coaching inquiry. The first certified coaches of the BMC Academy have been participants of those circles. BMC Academy continues its legacy with the mission to educate and support coaches in building mindful communities across the globe.
Along with spiritual warriors, awakened leaders, environmental activists and fighters for a better future, we believe coaches play a very important role in the creation of an enlightened society. It was Thich Nhat Hanh who said "The next Buddha will be our community." Together we can shift the dynamic of the 21st Century from confusion, abuse and violence to the inquiry about human potential. Thank you for sitting in the circle with us. Thank you for creating your own.
