Learning Methods
Online (Live)
7 hours during which we look at individual competencies and how they direct development of a coach.
Self-Study
In 3 individual sessions you will send 3 separate client session audio recordings (min. 20 - max. 30 minutes) with a transcript of each recording. You will then schedule a 1:1 session to reflect on the written feedback with your mentor.
The International Coach Federation (ICF) requires a specific amount of mentor coaching hours for individuals seeking credentialing at the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) levels.
Associate Certified Coach (ACC): A minimum of 10 hours of mentor coaching. At least 3 of the 10 hours must be conducted over a minimum of three individual sessions.
Professional Certified Coach (PCC): A minimum of 10 hours of mentor coaching. At least 3 of the 10 hours must be conducted over a minimum of three individual sessions. Of the 10 hours, up to 7 hours can be in a group setting, but individual sessions are strongly recommended.
